How long does it take?
Depending on our workload we can normally produce your finished video within 3 - 5 days.
What if I need changes made?
You can let us know while we're working on it or just let us know with 3 days following delivery and we'll get it done. After that changes can be made at a nominal cost.
How do you transfer the video to me?
It depends on its size. Most times we will email it to you via a large file transfer service such as We Transfer. For very large files we may provide you with a link to download your video.
Are there other things I have to buy that aren't included in the price?
